All products shown on our website are subject to availability.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Occasionally, promotions or discount codes may be offered — these must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
Please check all details carefully. If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thisisparia.com.
We cannot make changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, email info@thisisparia.com with your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns Policy instead.


Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page.

Payment is taken immediately to secure your order.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships by contacting us via email.


Out-of-Stock or Delayed Items

If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to offer:

  1. A full refund,
  2. A replacement item or
  3. A store credit.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your parcel, the return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
