We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thisisparia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@thisisparia.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for return unless marked Final Sale.
